NORTH WEST ISLAMIC MEDIA FORUM
The Forum is composed of individuals having experience or interest in organisations (international, national, regional and local) which produce media (television, radio, internet and print) for the consumption of Muslims living in the North West of England.
Regular meetings of the NWIMF, and special events are generously supported by a number of organisations including BBC North West, BBC Religion and Ethics and ITV Granada.
The members of the Forum recognise that the Islamic community would benefit from greater involvement in UK domestic politics, and to this end, aims to encourage more involvement of Muslims in the media.
